Sunday Afternoons

I'm feeling nostalgic again
as the rain pours over my head
Walking down the street this Sunday afternoon

It seems like everything is perfect,
should it be?
It seems like everything,
everything's complete.
Complete...

But my heart convinces me that something's missing
I'm missing the highlight of my Sunday afternoons

Rain or shine, we'd spend Sundays with each other
Seeing you was my favorite part of the day.
15 minutes, 15 minutes to an hour...

My heart is numb and I cant feel the pain We've grown further apart, but I cant feel it. These eyes of mine won't cry for you. Yes, I gave up. I learned that I wasn't made for love. I learned that it's not worth it. I learned that I have had enough, enough of this heartbreak. I lost all hope, and yet, there is a smile on my face. I keep my head up high. I'm moving on. My heart no longer aches at the fact that you're too good for me, and I'm not good enough for you. I love you so much, it's time for me to set you free.
