I Wish

I wish I had wings so I could fly,
so I could fly to tell you
 how much I love you,
so I could fly to tell you
how much I need you.
I want to fly and land safely
in your arms where I belong.

I wish I could fly to where you are.
You live thousands of miles away
somewhere afar...
A cruel ocean separates us Dear Love.
If only I had wings, I'd fly to you.
But I am not a bird, nor an angel,
I am just a human.

I wish to be right next to you,
even for just a precious minute.
One day may be all I need
for my heart to be content.
We may be faraway from eachother,
but like you said... "It was destiny that we've met."
