You just showed up out of nowhere when I thought my heart was cured.
I saw you as just an extra person, but I was mistaken.
You slowly came up in my thoughts unexpectedly.
I was troubled in a way, but learned to rejoice.
How in the world did this happen?
I didn't know I needed someone like you.
Someone I could eventually trust completely.
Someone I didn't know I wanted.
Someone who just came to me when I didn't ask.
You took me by surprise.
I didn't know that someone like you could ever exist.
You just walked into my life
and when I thought you were just "a person,"
Life showed me that I was wrong about you.
You turned out to be more than just "a person."
You became someone very special.
I just cant come up with the right words to tell you exactly how I feel.
My insecurity robs me of that ability.
And in a way, so does my conscience.

Something good comes to you when you least expect it.
You came to me when I least expected.
To be honest, I wasn't looking or you.
I didn't have the slightest idea that someone like you existed.

And I am thankful for that.
